Help with posting pictures!

I recently switched from Android to an Iphone and on my myfitnesspal app on my android phone I had a little camera icon beside where I would post a status so if I wanted to share a picture on my newsfeed I could. On the app on my iphone there is no camera beside where I post a status so not sure how or if I can post pictures now. Please help! I love sharing pics of my family and funny quotes and stuff and will be very disappointed if I can't do this from my iphone. Thanks for the help!

I can't figure it out either. Every time I try to post a status, it will post the text but not the pic.1
