    What kept me going was looking at my before picture (in my underwear) every day while i was losing..and anytime felt weak. it works.. Also..being active on this forum to connect and share help and ideas.. to keep each other motivated.
    losing weight is a process...a journey for sure...good luck to you!

    Don’t let one bad day set you back. Try and fit foods you cannot do without into your calorie count. Have cheat meals (Saturday works best for me). Try and get as much exercise in as possible, even stuff at home helps like pressups and lunges. Goodluck!
