How do you add pics on here? I want to do a before/after thing so people can tell me if they see a difference or not with my progress.

    just go to your profile and click on edit photos and add as many as you want :)

    well yeah I can do that but I don't know how to add pictures on the message board? I'm trying to do the before/after and I don't know how to put them on the message board. :p

    You need to upload your picture online somewhere (like photobucket) then copy the url and paste it in here with [ img] before (without the space) and [ /img] after (without the space again).

    Anything you write before [ img] will be before the picture and anything you write after [ /img] will be after the picture, if you want to add comments.
