Hi! My name is Acacia. I’m 30 and am tired of fizzling out of all my grand schemes to lose weight. So I’m trying something new. I’m hoping to get motivation through others doing what I’m doing. Today I start holding myself accountable. I track everything. I work out consistently. I follow through with goals. Today I change my habits to good ones. I am hoping for people to help me hold myself accountable

    Me too! I’m going to set a goal per day. Today’s goal is ‘no sneaky food, or lying to myself about what I eat!’

    Today I worked out a little. Measured myself and made a journal. And recorded everything I ate/drank.
    Realized I suck at drinking water.
