Does anyone have a high protein, low (ish) calorie recipe for ice cream?

I can find a few online but I'm hoping someone on here has a tried an true one so I don't waste time and ingredients testing a bunch of different versions.

Thx!

I blend a cup of ice in my Ninja then add in a half cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk and a scoop of protein powder and blend again. It is pretty good. I actually prefer just dumping protein powder and PBFit into Greek yogurt, though. The texture is better, even though it isn't as cold.

I freeze yogurt and protein powder mixed together. Chuck in some yummy stuff like banana or fruits choc chips peanut butter and it’s a good healthy “ice cream”

In food processor: ice (blend to snow then add the rest), 1/2 scoop protein powder (whey & casein), dash vanilla extract, dash liquid Splenda and 4oz unsweet almond milk. Blend until creamy soft serve consistency. My fav is Quest salted caramel.

ETA - about 100 cals for giant bowl

4 or 5% Greek yogurt, a mashed banana, some peanut butter, and a little cocoa powder. Mix and freeze about 2-3 hours before you want to eat it.

    I make it every night.

Could go with low fat to save calories, it freezes a little faster.

This works great - I use un- sweetened , full fat, 4% Greek yogurt & vanilla protein powder - maybe thaw out some frozen blueberries & put them on top - Eastcoast Jim
