On a couple of occasions this week I have not eaten all my permitted calories. I have exercised and had a left over amount between 500-700 calories on Monday and Tuesday but today Ive eaten 150 over. In the grand scheme of things, should I still lose weight if I eat my permitted amount over the week?

Yeah...you don't have a midnight reset button or anything. 1 Lb per week is a 3500 calorie deficit over the week. Weight management happens on a continuum.3

Sure, lots of successful people here look at their calories on a weekly basis rather than daily.1

Yes. I track my macro's. My rule of thumb is to hit my protein target daily and save up some carbs and fats for the weekends
