Weight Loss Pills

I have tried them before but was never very consistent about the diet and exercise that you need to do along with taking them. So obviously I never saw results. My question is should I take them now that I am dieting and exercise so that I can get slightly better results than diet and exercise alone? Or are there risks or side effects that make it totally not worth it?

The diet pills are an aide to diet and exercise. So, yes. Talk to your doctor first.0

There is no such thing as a magic pill! Eat right and exercise...you dont need the pills! They are not good they have many side effects0

I have never had any results either. I watched a special on the news about them and a lot have harmful side effects and many only contain caffeine...which will help you disperse water and give a little energy but not really help you loose weight. But I am not a doctor... perhaps that is the safest route to go? Ask your doctor about any that they could recommend? Good Luck!!0

There are no magic pills.
I have heard that when you take ALLY, you wake up in a puddle of "pizza grease"
I know people that take starch blockers with some success. They work best when used after an overindulgance.0 -

My theory on weight loss pills are they are great for getting weight off, but come with side effects (both mental and physical) and in the long run are not something to take forever if you do decide to do it.
If you start taking them, theres a good chance you'll see weight loss. But what happens when you stop? If you haven't learned to eat correctly and let your body lose weight naturally then you'll have a higher chance of gaining it back.
If you were to take anything of pill form to force your body to lose weight or mess with your metabolism I would see your doctor first, mostly because I personally do not think those things are safe but I know a friend who has gone to her doctor for something to help rev up her metabolism in the beginning.0 -
Speaking from experience, they totally are worth it. They helped me lose 20 pounds while dieting and exercising.0
