Hi friends... So Im recently coming off a 50 pound weight loss before joining MPF.. I decided to to come to MPF because I always get to this supposbly “healthy” weight which is about 185 pounds.. Ive been in this yoyo for now about 5 years now where i usually loose it during summer and by the time winter comes along i start to slack little by little with my diet and exercise and go back up to around 220-235.. So apon joining I put some what of aggresive goals as far as losing weight.. I put 1.5 pounds a week and also I put light activity in the box where it asks about activity level.. This is where Im a little bit confused. I run every single day early morning no matter what havent missed one day on going in a year now also the past 4 months Ive been burning at least 1000 calories daily.. During the day Im not very active at my job except for about an hour during lunch I can squeeze in a little dumbell body workout with a pair of 30 pound weights.. Thats why i put light activity.. What activity would u guys say I should be at???? MPF set my daily calories at 1740 and Ive stayed under every day now since i started 8 days ago and it seems like the weight is falling off even faster now then when i was heavier?? Ive already reached my 10 pound goal that i had set but it seems kind of fast.. Is this unhealthy?????? Do I need to re adjust my calories or activity stats? Please friends any advice would be helpfull???

Light active is probably good, but you should be eating back the calories you burn from exercise. The calories MFP gives you to lose 1.5 lbs/week, assumes no exercise, so eat back what you burn to fuel the routine, and to avoid a larger % of your loss coming from lean muscle.

Hey thank you very much buddy. I do intermittent fasting. 1. Because i run first thing when i wake up and i cant workout well with a meal first and 2 i feel like this way burns more fat? Most of my comsumption of calories is comimg at lunch. I often eat eggs at every meal 4 to 6 whole.. Whats your take on full eggs? And will i be able to accomplish a more leaner physique eating them?

What you eat or when you eat wont make much of a differnce at all. meal timing and macro /food breakdown (as long as you get minimum amount of fat and protein) comes down to personal preference and should be based on satiety, performance and adherence to a deficit.

Eggs are a great food, solid amount of protein and fat.

No that's a myth. Your fat loss is in relation to your calorie deficit over time, not whether you eat before exercise or not.
Working out fed or fasted is personal reference until you get to endurance cardio duration and have to start fuelling.

Whole eggs are a brilliant food. An egg white omlette is the definition of sadness!

And will i be able to accomplish a more leaner physique eating them?
Your overall diet is important, not the component parts.
Getting leaner is predominantly a function of your calorie deficit.

Your activity setting is nothing to do with your exercise - that goes on top of your daily goal.
