    Right! Not too hard to deal with.

    But yes, it's okay. You will still lose. If you are consistently over by just a bit but are still under what it would take to maintain your weight, you will still lose, just more slowly.

    If I'm over (which I try not to do too often, but it happens), I go for an extra walk or jog :) don't stress, that's not too bad. Most programs give you a range anyways.
  • Its actually good to mix your calories up sometimes. When I first started losing weight I stuck to a certain amount of calories..every now and then I would eat more calories then normal and I would actually lose weight. Google it..when you mix your calories up sometimes it tricks your body..and your metabolism works better!
