Can someone look at my diary and explain what the net calories are? I’m sorry I’m totally confused.

No - your feed/diary looks to be private!
At any rate, your Net Calories are the result of the total you've eaten, minus what MFP thinks you've burnt through excersise.0 -
In addition...
Net calories, if you selected a weight loss amount weekly, includes a deficit to cause that weight loss - it is NOT maintenance level eating.
It is the goal to try to hit - go over slightly is better than going under by a big amount on consistent basis.
And that base NET goal is with NO exercise being expected or accounted for.
So MFP is trying to teach a life lesson regarding weight control.
You do more, you eat more.
You do less, you eat less.
In a diet, a tad less in either case.
That's why you add workouts above whatever activity level you hopefully honestly selected. And truly being sedentary is rare if you have household responsibilities.1
