I really am struggling and could use any support or motivation right now.
I’ve been walking everyday and I have not lost any weight

Hang in there! Walking is terrific for you.
I didn't lose pounds by walking, but I feel better all over and my heart appreciates it. If you add some simple strengthening exercises 2-3 times a week for your arms and upper body, it may help. (I started with inexpensive10lb dumbells from the thrift shop.)0 -

Use a kitchen food scale to weigh your food. Eat up to your calorie budget. Stop eating before crossing over your calorie budget. Rinse and repeat.2
