Good morning! I started Keto on Monday. Is there any way that we can set MFP to Keto so that the nutritional macros correct?

    Options
    I believe macros can be adjusted in 5% increments, and if you buy premium you can adjust by grams.

    Go to "My Home" then "Goals". You can adjust macros and what food nutrients you want shown (like sodium) in there.
