My Journey to get back on track.

Hi, I have not been as regular as I should with recording my daily intake of food and have fallen by the wayside. My Fitness Pal is an excellent way to record my calories for each day. I had a Bariatric Sleeve op 7 years ago, and need to reset my pouch by eating accordingly. The problem is I eat small amounts but far too often during the day. I have gained 7kg which I am not happy about and need to get back on track. Any help, meal plan or anyone in the same position I would appreciated hearing from, many thanks Snazzy5543.

You don't need a meal plan, you just have to stop eating all the time. Everyone in the same position (with or without the pouch) has to do that, and we all have to do it ourselves. That's the hard truth. But the good news is that you can do it too. And it's easier if you don't feel obliged to follow someone else's meal plan.1

Try to make it a major habit to log everything! That way you have to be accountable for every little bite! You can do it! Don't let food have this control over YOUR happiness😁0
