Need another food that is ~90 calories and 18g of protein

I discovered greek yogurt specifically fage 0% that is delicious and is only 90 calories for 6 oz and has 18 grams of protein.
I eat it plain for snacks or with some berries but I really want to make this yogurt tart for dinner next week and having it for snack then later for dinner seems like a bit much. Especially after spinning I need something packed with protein.

I used to eat cottage cheese but grew tired of it. Is there anything else besides protein drinks/powder/bars that comes close to this calorie/protein ratio?
