Need another food that is ~90 calories and 18g of protein

I discovered greek yogurt specifically fage 0% that is delicious and is only 90 calories for 6 oz and has 18 grams of protein.
I eat it plain for snacks or with some berries but I really want to make this yogurt tart for dinner next week and having it for snack then later for dinner seems like a bit much. Especially after spinning I need something packed with protein.
I used to eat cottage cheese but grew tired of it. Is there anything else besides protein drinks/powder/bars that comes close to this calorie/protein ratio?

An 80 gram serving of chicken breast (no skin or bones) is 90 calories and 17 grams of protein according to the MFP database.3

hmmm I already eat quite a lot of meat at lunch and I was hoping it could be something with no prep work since I already cook for lunches and dinners but that might not actually exist.1

I started mixing a tbsp of plain Greek yogurt with half mashed avocado and a can of tuna- add some spices, good to go! I’ve tried in salad and on bread..I prefer the crunch of toast (I like the diff textures).
The tuna and the yogurt amp the protein. It’s a savoury, quick dinner/ lunch idea, and you’re eating healthy fats0 -
If you can get it and don’t mind protein shakes, PhD’s diet whey is 91 calories for a 25g scoop. Blend with water and ice and it’s 17g of protein.0

Lite greek yogurt is around 80-90 calories and 14g protein. And I've found offbrands for 70 cents a single serve cup.1
