Your favorite low carb meal/snacks

Curious about everyone’s favorite low carb go to meal and snacks.
For me, I’ve been obsessed with baking eggs in a muffin pan! Idk why but they are so good baked. I just add salt and pepper and top it off with shredded cheese. And I’ll have it with two pieces of bacon and 1/2 an avocado.
Snacks that curve the sweet tooth have been the Atkins peanut butter cups or the Carmel nut cluster.
Healthier snacks, my go to is string cheese or cottage cheese with just a few blackberries on top.
