What a difference a year makes! :)

In three days it will be exactly a year that I decided to stop making excuses and do what needed to be done to get my life back! I was going to wait until exactly a year to post ...but decided I wanted to share this now! I'm really just so proud of myself for making a decision and sticking with it. I have never been more positive that I will stick with this lifestyle and achieve all of my goals!

    Thank you! You WILL be making the same post a year from now! :) My starting weight was about 250, and my current is 178...my goal right now is to at least get to about 150 where I would be considered a healthy weight (i'm 5' 6), and see how I feel then. To start I didn't exercise much...but at this point i'm getting really into fitness! I love to work out, and currently am doing chalean extreme which is 5 days a week. I also did Jillian Michaels 30 shred which I loved as well!

    If you did it so can I!!! it really makes a difference because I was thinking that in a year sticking to this I will lose about 75 pounds... and now I think I can be like you... it really works thanks...

    Wow, you look completely different!!!! Congratulations on your year long commitment. I agree with a pp, sometimes it just clicks and you realize what it takes. I finally got there a few weeks back and kick myself for not doing it sooner. Kudos to you! You ROCK!
