acidic water..

I recently started working on being an Alkalarian. It’s a stricter form than vegan. I follow the original diet which is no fruit, breads, pastas, or grains. People automatically think of lack of protein, which isn’t true. Broccoli is 47% protein. A well variety of vegetables will fulfill all amino acids which are the building blocks of protein. There are a few top athletes who follow this diet. This diet is 70-80% alkalizing food, 20-30% acidic food, this includes pasta, grains, meats, etc..
Okay now to the water. I have some pH strips I tested my pH balance this morning it was very alkaline, I thought “this is wrong” so I ran it under normal tap water the water was acidic. I posted this on my wall. A friend of mine wanted to see the results of distilled water. Distilled water is when you boil water and the steam condensates and turns back in to water, this is what you drink. It’s as close to rain water we can get without the pollutants. The impurities of the boiled water stay at the bottom, it’s too heavy to be lifted in to the air. Unless some impurities have a lower boiling point than water… I don’t know much about that so I won’t get in to that.
The distilled water turned out to be acidic as well. It ranked about a 5.5 on a scale from 0-14 where 14 is the most alkaline. I added some pH drops, the water changed to 9. Battery acid ranks at a 1, I am sure we all know acid will destroy cells. The human body is built up of cells. I just think this is kind of interesting.
In the glass on the right it’s pure distilled water, on the right it’s water with pH drops.

Yeah i expect critics, I am used to them. Thanks for your support. The "so what factor" illnesses from your common cold to cancer is based on low oxygen acidic enviorments. Low oxygen in the body = fat immobilization, lack of brain function too.0

Acid destroys cells.
So does base.
Baking soda is a pH 9. Water OUGHT to be a 7, though 6 is still fine. Going in EITHER direction, too far to acidic or basic is not healthy.0 -

Yes that's why this diet has a certain percentage of acidic food. It's possible to be too alkaline.0 -
