Calculations state that I can only consume 1284 calories a day to lose my goal of 50 pounds. I’m doing great, but struggling when it comes to late nights and wanting to eat knowing good well that isn’t going to help. I need encouragement and tips to beat those late night cravings. Add me as a friend, and lend a girl some helpful advice.

    Hi Haley. I don't think i could go below 1400 or 1500. I would get too hungry & binge.

    hi haley, i personally feel 1284 is a super low calorie intake and will most like you bite you in the butt later (binging habits). i would double check those calculations or maybe message me and i could help?

    Helpful advice incoming: I suggest that you change your schedule of achieving 25 lb weight loss. At your first ambition of losing 2 lb per week, you are limited to a daily intake of 1284 calories per day. By the way, I've consumed 1234 so far today and it's 8:20 pm. I know how very little 1284 is. Adjust your rate of loss goal to 1.0 or 0.5 lb per week. That will give you an additional hundreds and hundreds of calories to work with each day. This may be the key to enjoying the next year of your life. You do want to enjoy life, don't you? Don't volunteer for pain.
