Hiya everybody iv tryed MFP 3times and always something would happen in my life to pull me off the wagon. So im gonna try a 4th time. 1 big problem tho. I am so limited in what i can eat. Im dairy intolerant i have IBS and gallstones so i can on eat certain food. Im also very pland bland type of food. Also faveva disability which makes my muscles week and waste away its called Myotonic Dystrophy. I want to stay fit And healthy not just 4 me but my disabled daughter same condition as me. Any help will be appreciated very much or any one going through the same as me. Xx love and blessings Xx

Ahh, who needs dairy when you have delicious alternatives, like almond and coconut milk?! No, seriously - I sub out all dairy for one of those two, even in my home cooking recipes. It's easier than you think (especially for baking - even adds a little more flavor!). I don't eat much dairy at all aside from cottage cheese, or the occasional sprinkle of feta or parm on my salads.
I don't know much about your condition... But if possible, you might want to try switching to a higher protein diet to help combat the muscle loss as best as you can. High protein diets are also great at helping to keep you fuller longer (as protein is the most filling of the three macros; protein, fat, and carbs), which you will be grateful for when you are trying to eat in a deficit.0
