Need some motivation

This time last year I lost 20lbs and have gained most of it back... I’m feeling devastated. I have so many stressors in my life college and work that I stress eat. When I lost that weight I felt the best I have felt in a long time. Recently I have become depressed and I think my eating junk and not exercising doesn’t help. Some motivational tips and advice would help tremendously.

    I so know what you mean I have gained a lot of my weight back to I had lost a lot from 210 to 163ish now I'm at 186 so yea need that to go back down and less junk food and more exercise

    I've yo-yoed so many times it's crazy. For me setting a clear goal and putting something simple out to remind me of it helps. An example is a jar of little pebbles that I add to for every .5 lbs I lose. I also have a motivational note on my fridge that makes me stop and think before going in for a snack. Little things to brighten up your day and remind you of your goals, hopefully those can help you 👍🤗
