1,000 calories is very low. How did you choose that calorie goal?

You're undereating. Why would you expect your system to move itself when you're not feeding it? You're not putting anything in it to move, or to share with the digestive process.6

Certain vitamins and minerals, particularly iron, can cause constipation. If the multivitamin is new that might be the problem. But you might want to see a doctor instead of asking Internet strangers if the problem continues and otc/Home treatment options aren’t working.2

This.
Also, consider open your diary if you want advice. I don't know anyone who eats the exact same thing at the precise same calorie count every single day, so offering a list of your typical meals is less informative that allowing us to see your logged entries.2 -

This.
Input is necessary to have any amount of output.
If you truly are worried, I would seek out medical opinion instead of trying to medicate with a laxative. And when you do, do mention how much (little) you are eating.1 -
For most people, it's some combination of getting enough fiber, fats, water, and exercise.
Unless you are very, very small, 1000 calories is likely too little food. That makes it hard to get enough of any of those things, let alone all of them. If you're exercising as much as you say, and not eating the exercise calories, you're severely undereating.
Without knowing how much you're eating of the foods you listed, I can't be sure, but it looks like you might be getting close to enough fiber (25g would be a reasonable minimum IMO, and more is fine; a mix of soluble and insoluble fiber is a good thing). I'm doubtful you're getting enough fats (it should be at least 0.35-0.45g per pound of healthy goal weight, IMO). It sounds like you're getting enough water, and some exercise.
Some people are also helped by eating probiotic foods, such as live-culture yogurt or kefir, kombucha, miso, raw/fresh sauerkraut or kim chi, etc.
Multivitamins are not a substitute for eating a well-rounded variety of veggies/fruits/grains, though they can be a bit of insurance policy.
I'm also worried that you may not be getting enough protein, but that doesn't have much to do with constipation, usually.
If the situation continues, see your doctor, and ask for a referral to a registered dietitian.

First of all, you are undereating. Unless you are under 4'10" your bare minimum calorie amount should be 1200.
Also, does your multivitamin contain Iron? Iron is known to cause constipation.
Also, 1.5L of water isn't very much, you should probably aim for 2L at a bare minimum.1 -
Your post could well have been what I'd have written a few months ago. Your reference to your evening meal suggests to me that you are in the North of England, forgive me if I am wrong and using UK terms/ names.
When started out, I found I had to eat below what MFP goal was and burn 600-800 exercise calories to shift any weight.
What the other posters are saying is quite correct about consuming too few calories, I grappled with this, and at times, locked horns with far more experienced folk on here. If you can identify with this, then there are other issues at play here.
As has also been advised, see your Doctor. If I have your location correct, I know how dismissive they can be, but mine has come around for me as they can see I'm taking control and we are now working together.
I'm far from an expert, but it does seem you are not taking in enough of what I'd call poo fodder, things aren't happening because there's nothing to make you go. I took to taking Fybogel to try and up my fibre intake.
If you are logging here, you ought to be able to see if you are in balance - some of the info might be only available to premium users, I am and for the money and the info it gives is really worth it. In my case I found my potassium intake was low, a fact backed up by my blood results, but as I was borderline low I was never told about it - yer OK, nothing wrong.
I used to take a Tesco A-Z multivitamin, at my first loo trip after taking it I could see it all coming out. I thought ah well I don't need it so it's being expelled. Nope the stuff is of such poor quality I wasn't absorbing it.
In my case finding out about the potassium and rectifying it along with the rest of the electrolytes kicked started my body into a more normal function and the BM's are close to normal again. It also kicked started my Dr to pay more attention.1
