I am 24 years old and I have never seen myself in shape. That makes me so sad everyday. Its not like I have never tried , I have tried multiple times and lost motivation in-between. I want to see myself without this belly fat and straight back for at least once. I hope I make it with the support and love from this community. Good luck y'all.

I'm just starting out on this journey too. I would love to follow your story and help if I can. I started at 283lbs and am at 270lbs and have already hit a plateau. I've cut out sugar and carbs to start, and lowered my calorie intake significantly. But I have a long long way to go. The struggle is real. Let's do this!!!
