So is it okay to drink dark chocolate almond milk when on a diet ?

    I like the almond. But I like the Silk cashew even more. Goes great in a protein shake.

    If you like it and it doesn't put you over your calories, it's fine.

    There are no universal weight loss rules that restrict any food item or a beverage. To lose weight you simply need to fit the item into your calorie budget for the day or the week. The only one you have to ask for permission is you.

    I drink almond milk even though I could make room for regular milk. I like it, especially in cereal. I really like the chocolate almond. Sometimes I make it myself with Ovaltine. Like others said, if you don't go over on calories you can have what you want. But it is nice to find a few things that I actually like that are low in calories. Makes more room for other stuff.

    That. I have ice cream or chocolate every day. Keeps me happy and on track.
