                    If anyone wanted to join, here is a simple yoga 100 days challenge:
- every day do some yoga, it can be just 3 poses when you get up, or more if you feel inspired.
- log it on the thread (either each day or in bunches
 )

            I'm in as well! I just started yoga a couple of months ago with a community intro class. Then I found yoga with Adriana on YouTube! Love her!

@trinati2001 I love her, she is great! I learned a lot from her videos.
I started really small since I have a crazy period with reconstruction all over my place, so I made a really small goal that every day I do few main poses (and more if I have the time and feel inspired).
My main motivation is to build a habit to start my day with.0 - 
            I've been using Yoga International for my classes. Last year I belonged to a studio for about 6 months. But when the weather got cold, I didn't feel like driving there. So I needed to find something I could do at home - with variety - as I tend to get bored easily. Come to think of it, I was getting bored with the few teachers at the studio I was going to. So for now, the online classes work for me.
One day, I might go thru the teacher training. But, I have to prove to myself that I'm committed to a daily practice.0 -

Today is my weekly yoga class for beginners. I love the instructor and wish she had videos online2 -

            @daneejela Was your intent that we comment on this thread - or join your yoga group and comment there?
If it's comment here - then, I just completed a short 15 min sun salutation routine.0 - 
            The idea was to comment in that group, but works whatever you feel more comfortable with

It's my 12/100 day, but last two days I have severe back spasm...so doing only relaxing poses...
Hope I'll return back ro normal soon..
