hi, I'm Matilda,

IF you are from australia then feel free to add me.

I've been on MFP before, but I've decided to start afresh. Don't need old baggage (like the ex husband).

I've been doing turbofire (love), and P90. I've also started up running. I'm not a runner, but I do it because it pushes me cardo wise.

I'm stuck at 78k. This has pretty much been my weight since I had my last child (he's 2.5 now). I was 74k when I got pregnant (with my 1st 5 years ago). I'm not aiming for much, I'd like to get in the 68's. If I want to get to a bmi of 22, then I should be 62k, but I'm happy to get into the 60's.
So my 1st goal is to get to 75K, then 73.

I'm a shocker when it comes to writing down what I eat. I need to stick at it. So far so good, but I normally give up at jogging my food, around day 5-7. So if I can get to 10 days I'll be happy.

    Hi fellow aussie!

It's good you're getting back on track! I find logging my food really motivates me to eat healthily, so if you keep at it I'm sure you'll be at your goal in no time!

    I'm from Brisbane :)

thanks to those that added me.

so far tracking what I have been eating as been motivating. Because I see what calories have what.

The other day I made crepes (home made), and I even worked out what the calorie content was! yeah I know! crazy, but now I know (and they aren't that high in calories afterall).
  • well done mmk, and keep up the good work. I think that logging your food intake is the best way because it really makes you realise how much you are eating, and the breakdown of fats/carbs/sugars etc is a great help too.
I'm in Perth so feel free to addme.

I too am a fellow Brisbanite. However, I have only been with MFPal for 3 weeks! And learning a sh*te-load. I'm sure I could learn a thing or 2 from you. The more support, the better! :)

    Game on!
