Active, hypoglycemic, struggling with low blood pressure to boot, and able to live sugar-free?

Although I avoid unnecessary sugar - i don't eat sweets, drink fizzy drinks etc. and I don't take sugar in my coffee, tea or porridge, however I find myself still needing it for energy, largely in the form of wholesome oatmeal biscuits (halving the amount the recipe stipulates) and dark chocolate - but still quite horrified by it!
How to move beyond a reasonably healthy 'use' of sugar. Anyone?

I went keto to help deal with IR, reactive hypoglycemia, and postural hypotension. Within a week or so those problems were gone. (The hypotension probably due to higher sodium intake.)

Why are you "horrified" by it? Are the biscuits and dark chocolate causing blood sugar problems? What does your doctor say?
