I am currently starting over. Would be great to have some backup and people who clearly know how I feel. I have at least 95 lbs to lose. Not gonna lie, it is a scary number, thats why I am reaching out. So please send me a request for friends and we can work together as a group. THANKS!!

The first covers accurate logging and some of the tools in MFP to help you make things easier. The second discusses caloric needs and setting goals. These two posts completely changed my MFP experience and helped me be much more successful, so I hope they do the same for you.
