They can, most are caffein based. There are non-stimulant pump enhancers too.0 -

there is a chance, but if you ensure you start your workout shortly after taking it , it isn't to bad, also you would start with like a half scoop if you aren't sure then move up from there. if you need it. I only use it with morning workouts since I start at 5am or earlier.0 -
For pre workout I use prosupps Mr. hyde nitro x although its pretty powerful and has quite a bit of caffeine0
