Hey all,
So currently I am sat in the office with not a lot going on. What do you guys do to keep your metabolism boosted and calories burning when sat at your desks? Ideas much appreciated. I always have a 1.5lts bottle of water on my desk that I have to drink (and then some) before I leave
Thanks

That's what I do I have the water on my desk and time it....i need 3 bottles gone by the time my coworker leaves for the day lol....I just make sure I have tons of healthy food stocked up so i'm not tempted to go to the vending machine....other than that I cant really go anywhere because I am the only one here so I just sit like a bump on a log.....0

Replace your chair with a Large yoga ball, it is great for posture not to mention trying to stay on it is a pretty decent way to keep your core muscles moving0

I wish I could do that - not practical however as it is a shared reception desk0 -

I want to try this but wasn't sure exactly where to get one or how to sit on it, if there was a right or wrong way0 -

I love this idea, but i know for a fact our health and saftey dept. would have a fit, and go in complete melt down at the thought! haha might do it for the recation0 -
I thought it would be a huge problem too as when I did it I worked for a large corporation but no one ever said anything. You just fill it up to size and sit on it as you would a chair... but with no back it prevents slouching and such.
Curly- Are there multiple people working there at once or you just have switched shifts? I just tucked my chair to the side or rolled it to an empty station. If not I understand sometime is it just not feasible. You could suck in and hold your tummy tight and then release and keep doing that... just keeping yourself active maybe.0 -
I got mine at Walmart0
