Does anybody else loose their appetite in summer?

Is it just me or are you guys the same! In summer especially when its hot i have no hunger i have to force myself to eat at least one thing. Where having a heat wave in uk alot of moor fires going on one which is very close to home and so smoke not helping but i just dont get hungry its like im a oppsite bear i eat all winter and hibnate but without sleeping just no food its weird

    I crave salads in summer and stodgy carbs in winter.

    GoodLardy aww im sorry :( its weird though when its time of month i scoff and in winter but during summer i just have no hunger i wish i was like that all the time cause i wouldnt be fat!!

    Girlinahat yeah i love a good salad im summer! Thanks me to the firefighter and army are doing amazing but we have no rain due and with the heatwave its getting worse :( its been 6 days now and some idot has cause arson on another moor in bolton area too so everyday smells like smoke and everywhere hazy and smokey so everyones health is going down hill. I can only imagine what all the ones that live there are going through and the services as their right there im like 3 miles away we can see the hills at top of road or should i say we could its just all smoke now :(

    Yes and I find I want a lot of refrigerated fruits and veggies. I will even graze on cut up frozen fruits.

    Yes indeed, makes dieting in the summer a no brainer/effortless. Often switch to less cooked foods, more cold foods based on seasons

    If I am outside in the heat a lot then I do lose my appetite at least somewhat. When our A/C was broken for two days, I didn't feel much like eating, either, due to the heat (85 F in the house) and it made me wonder how it might be without central A/C. I feel like I have that stereotypical cold house, cold car, cold office things happening so I barely know what season it is until I try to spend time outdoors and it's 110 F.

    I haven’t had an appetite since last August. It’s incredibly inconvenient, because the only things I can get excited about eating are about 97% sugar.
