Hi everyone. My name is Stacey. Last year, I lost 50 pounds as my new year resolutions. Well, this year my resolution was to quit smoking. Little did i know I was about to gain 30 pounds back that i worked so hard to lose. But on the positive side, I am 6+ months smoke free. Now to get rid of the weight again!

Happy you to hear you kicked that bad habit. The same way you lost those 50lbs you will lose the 30lbs drink lots of WATER matter fact only drink water no sugar in your coffee or tea. No processed and fast food, think whole foods if you’re not use to preparing them go to YouTube or google recipes it’s not hard. Green leaf veggies, avocado, fruits, Brazilian nuts, baked sweet potatoes. Join a gym get into spin classes, Zumba, swim if you know how to, strength and conditioning classes, do your research you can purchase your own weights and find influences on YouTube. If you tell yourself you can do it you will achieve anything in life. So if you have bad day don’t give up just make an effort tomorrow and keep the cycle going stay away from negativity.
