Doing this very low calorie diet thing, and i would love to chat with folks about their experiences. I am doing Optifast for the first time. Also anyone in my area wanting to do support type active things like go walking or biking, or just to coffee with someone who doesn't press you to "oh just take a bite it won't hurt", hit me up!
