When were you last at goal weight, and how much weight do you have to lose to reach that weight again? For me, the numbers are 7 years and 20 kilograms.

I've been in maintenance for 3 1/2 years now, lost 25 kilos - I had gotten down to the same weight (56 kilos) 7 years earlier, but just for a couple of months - last time I truly was that weight, was around age 12-13.2

When I was probably 10 or 11. And 125 pounds-ish.2

Last time I was at my current weight was when I was 17. I’m 55 next month.
At my peak, 3 years ago, I was 28kg heavier.0 -
The last time I was at my goal weight of 149 was 1995 and I think I literally weighed that for 1 day! Lots of gaining and losing since then - never learned maintenance til now. I hadn’t been my current 169 since 2004. Unfortunately I’ve been maintaining that weight a year so I’m tightening up my logging and increasing my exercise for lose those last 20 lbs.2

I currently weigh 153 down from 196 over the past 25 months.
Started maintenance at 160 after losing 36# in first 6 months and gradually lost 7# more over the past 19 months. My goal was 160, not 153, but I'm not unhappy that I've lost more.
Don't exactly recall when I was last at 153 but it has to have been over 37 yrs ago when I was in 31 because I still have suits that I bought 37 yrs ago (when I passed the bar and began to practice law, which are still in good shape BTW) and the jackets and pants on those suits are now loose on me. So, I now weigh less than I did even then.
My guess is that I weighed about 165 when I bought the suits 37 yrs ago and it was probably over 40 yrs ago, when I was in my late 20's, when I last weighed around 153.

I'm at my goal now. Maintaining for 5 years. I'm the smallest I've ever been as an adult.
Even as a teenager I was 2 sizes bigger that I am now (slightly chubby but had decent body composition and not overly fat). I don't remember my weight back then.3 -
18 years old football: 192lbs
18 years old started modeling: down to 160
19: 170
20: 160-170 (model/ acting causes weight fluctuations)
21: bulked to 202 then cut to 170
22: bulked to 198, now sitting at 175 for work as well (actor). Current photo👇🏻

My goal weight is always changing. I would imagine my goal weight right now is around 134-135lbs. I was around there in December but I was gaining so it wasn't my goal at the time. I started around 144 this cycle, I am 138 now.0

Last time I was at my goal weight (120) I was about 18 which was 7 years ago. I've lost 23 pounds so far and I only have 10 more to go! I MIGHT want to go to 115, it just depends but 120 is my 18 year old goal weight.0

115 lbs. Last time I was that weight I was 22 years old. I am 35 now. I have to lose 17 lbs to get there.0

I was probably 11 or 12 years old when I last was at the weight I want to be (73 kg). I have lost 42 kg so far and still have 25 kg to go.0

Oh jeez. I was a teenager. So like 10 years ago. That'd be about 40 pounds now0

Twenty four years ago I was getting married and weighed 139 pounds. The last two weigh ins I’ve been between 139 And 140. Yes, I tried on and easily fit into that wedding dress! . I’m down 55 pounds in the last year. Maintenance/ very slow loss since January.3

I was 17 when I was 56kg. I'm 37 now (so 20 years ago) and have 6kg more to lose. But I've been losing the same 2kg for the past year and a half.0
