I never lose weight.

No matter what I do I never lose weight. I eat well and exercise but I just stay the same.

Eating well and exercising is good for you. But to lose weight, you need to be in a true and consistent calorie deficit, for some time.3

Right. Eating "well", or "clean" or "healthy" means nothing in terms of losing weight if you are not in a calorie deficit. In fact, you can gain weight eating all of those ways. Calorie deficit is all you need.4

You need to burn more calories than you consume.
Start logging your foods, start logging your exersices and be very accurate when you log them.
I was shocked at the difference from when I thought I was paying attention to what I was eating and when I *really* started paying attention and logging what I was eating.1
