Hey, folks. I used this app a few years back, and I loved the social aspect. The support and encouragement really helped me stick to my goals. I am back, and hoping to make some changes again. This time I am more concerned with exercise and daily activity than I am weight. I am keeping track of my food to make sure that I get everything I need and to keep things in balance, but food really isn't the problem. I am on a very healthy diet right now for an auto-immune disease. I lost quite a bit of weight from these dietary changes. But I still feel very out-of-shape and weak. I am really happy with my current size, but I am still carrying some extra fat. Diet alone isn't getting rid of it. I would love to get into shape and start replacing that extra fat with gorgeous muscle tone. If there is anyone out there who is in the same boat, hit me up! I would love to have some buddies on here to help keep me motivated. I am not a very active person, and I don't really love working out. So outside motivation would really help. Thanks!

    I just started wk 3 of Livefit program. I do it from home so I have to make few modifications but really enjoying it. Go check it out and do it with me. We can support and motivate! I am trying to get some muscle definition and reduce some belly/thigh jiggles. Maybe we can get us a group of friends to do. You can look it up online. It's a program by Jamie Eason. Message me if interested. Anyone?
