I'm going to make the Joy of Cooking's Cherry Clafoutis, only with blueberries http://themessyapron.blogspot.com/2010/07/clafouti.html

Suggestions for the liqueur? I have Grand Marnier and Cointreau.

I've made something similar and had an almond liqueur with it. Worked well

Blueberry Schnapps? (I've bought this as a gift for a blueberry lover.)

Both of those are citrus flavored, aren't they? Citrus goes great with blueberries! I've made lemon-blueberry muffins and cakes that attest to that

    Limoncello would be amazing!

From your selection available, I would opt for the Grand Marnier ... Although, I am rather taken with Dolce Cento's Limoncello. Anything they make is delicious really.

    Thanks all!

I'd inherited Grand Marnier and Cointreau from an ex roommate, so didn't use either much myself. I went with the Cointreau because I liked the way it smelled better. I might try Limoncello next time - didn't have any on hand last week.

This was pretty simple and came out like an elevated, custardy blueberry pancake.

Since cherries are in season, I'm going to make it with that next, and if I make it to the liquor store will get some almond liqueur, and if not, use almond extract instead of the vanilla.

My mom has a mulberry tree and she's going to try it with mulberries soon.
