You look amazing!! This is why I love this place. Its a reminder everytime I fall face first off the wagon, than it takes time and effort to lose weight and get to where you want to be. I;ll bookmark this as a reminder to myself that I can do it too. Course its gonna take me about 5 years to get there. lol0

I am 26, and have 1 kiddo I am 5'7 for the next Q that is always asked, LOL! When I was pregnant I stayed motivated by mentally preparing myself for all my hard work AND picturing how amazing I would look when the journey was finished. I STILL continue to picture myself 6 months to a year out and tell myself "Just wait till you see yourself in a year...WOW!". I am my own personal motivation and I inspire myself. 0 -
I do not allow others to motivate me because if I can't count on myself then I can't expect someone else to help me. Help yourself B4 you c an expect others to help!0
