Hey guys. So I've been (lazily) following the keto diet for a little over a year now. I've always had trouble getting enough fat in. So anyway, I just got back onto MFP after several years of not being on it. I needed to change things up a bit. So in setting my daily nutrition goals, I set up some macros for the first time. Well I've gone over protein and carbs. But I have a lot of fat left. What do I do? How do I balance this?

Eat more fat, or change your macro goals to allow more carbs and protein. Once you've hit protein and fat minimums it doesn't really matter.0

It depends. What are your goals? Is your goal to lose weight? If so, all you need is a calorie deficit to lose weight so you'd still lose as long as you created a calorie deficit. Calorie deficit- weight loss.
You can change your macro percentage to whatever you wish. Going in the red in a macro doesn't mean you won't lose weight. Calories are what matters for weight loss.
