Is it just me or do others experience this? I work a 9-5 office job. I come home and can’t sleep because I still have energy to burn up. This of course only happens on days when I don’t exercise. But I stay up so late I feel like a vampire.

I am a die hard night owl and have to work to get to sleep at a reasonable hour even when I'm exhausted. Most nights I turn to guided meditations- loads of them available with amazon prime. They zonk me out in the first few minutes. I don't even know what half of them say for the rest of the recordings 😂😂
that route may or may not be your thang.

You can still be active on days you don't exercise - go for a walk, do some household chores, etc.

I'd personally avoid caffeine as that's more likely to add to your lack of sleep. Do you drink coffee during your work day? If you do try to cut back on the days you're not exercising.

I find Magnesium helps me immensely with getting to sleep as I suffer quite bad insomnia myself.
