Hello everyone,
My name is Selene, and even though I only use this app for my own personal benefits. I figured I would stop by and say hello, be a bit more active perhaps meet new friends who need a bit of motivation or just have any questions regarding food. I’ve been doing intermittent fasting since January and I’ve lost 15lbs. It’s been a super slow process because I also work out and I’m gaining muscle. Would love to interact more with y’all, and exchange tips and comments answer questions or simply helps us all stay motivated on days we don’t feel like to because let’s be real, it happens sometimes.     Congrats! 15lb is great- just remember this is a marathon and not a sprint. We all go through ups and downs. Just stay focused and every moment is an opportunity for change.
