I started at 367.8. This morning I'm at 215.8 I really need a "Wow, go you!" and I'm not getting any.

Anyone got one to spare? It would help me keep on keeping on...

    That is actually an amazing accomplishment and you deserve to be VERY proud of yourself! If losing weight were easy then everyone would do it! Remember that regardless of whether or not those around you are telling you so! You've come this far, you will definitely be able to go further. That's unquestionable. Just keep your eyes on the prize :)

    It's a strange thing as we get closer to "normal." Suddenly there aren't any more kudos. People get used to seeing the new us, and they don't know that it can be daily work to maintain. You're doing great. Keep up the good work. Enjoy feeling strong and free of all of that extra weight. Revel in all of the new things your body can do now! You worked hard and you DO deserve to hear it! :heart:
