Hello,
I am a new mom and have been struggling with weight gain after I stopped breastfeeding. I hope this works! I want to stay healthy for my little one.

    It will :) my little one is 5 now I think you can see from my profile several years ago my weight slowly started creeping up after I stopped nursing I then realized as a mom I’m not near as active as I used to be which in return has made me realize I need to watch what I eat more

    Hi moms! Good for you for wanting to stay healthy for your little one. I struggled with weight gain during my 3 pretty much back to back pregnancies and I had a wake up call when I realized I wasn't going to be able to do very many of the fun, active things with my kids as they got older. I have 3 boys so I knew their activity level was only going to increase and I decided I needed to take action if I was going to be the kind of mom I wanted to be. I met my weight loss goal and have been maintaining for a couple of years now and MyFitnessPal helped me so much. It was not easy but it was SO worth it. I created a group so that we can help and encourage each other along. I'd love to have you join if you're interested. The group is called Good Mom, Fit Mom.
