Hi, My name is Carolyn. I'm looking for someone who is motivated and dedicated to living a healthier, happier lifestyle. I am not looking to lose much weight anymore but rather looking to tone up and replace fat with muscle and become generally more fit! I'm 5'0" and about 110 lbs and about 18-19% body fat. My goal is to be between 105-107 lbs and around 16-17% body fat. I want someone to talk to about daily goals, meals, workouts, ect. Message me if you're interested! I don't care how different our stats or goals might be

Hey Carolyn! My goals are to lose 10 lbs. over the next 10 months. My BMI is between 14-15% and I'm trying to get down to 11-12%. Definitely a little different for a guy. Ultimately my goal is to gain back the weight but have it be 10 lbs of muscle. I'm working with a few people who are experienced trainers and have won multiple body building competitions. It would however be nice to talk to people who are not quite there yet.1
