200 Sit-up Challenge/100 Push-up Challenge

I saw these two websites posted here last week and was wondering if anyone was doing this. I just started and I love having a specific exercise planned out 3 days a week for me. Also, it's great for a short term goal to work towards.

    Oh man, I hate pushups. I can't even do two. I guess this would be a great thing to try. Its gonna hurt!

    I'm going to check them out. After 3 weeks on the Shred I can do big girl push-ups now. Yeah me!
