Hey y’all! It’s time to buckle down and he consistent. I’m great at losing weight and gaining it back! I’m going for slow and steady this time. I’m going to work towards a goal of 30 pounds lost by January 3019. That 5 pounds a month. I need a this! My husband makes me feel beautiful everyday but I want to feel it for me ☺️
