Heavy cream says 0 carbs... but myfitnesspal says 2 per serving... why?

    What's the serving size? Heavy whipping cream has about .4g carbs per tablespoon. Manufacturers are allowed to round down when the amount per serving is less than .5.

    It could also vary by brand, depending on if they have additives.

    The food database is a crowd-sourced database. Users enter it how they like. You have to either enter your own entries or find one that matches.

    It's been a while since I've griped about "verified" entries on MFP. Verified entries just mean that enough people have marked them as "correct" and it stops users from editing the entries. It doesn't mean it actually is correct. Always go by the label you have in front of you.
