I lost 40 lbs a couple of years ago, which was hard and a great accomplishment, but then gained 20+ lbs while completing my masters degree, in less than a year. It was hard to enjoy that accomplishment when I knew I had another uphill battle to complete (weight loss) afterwards. I’m sure many of you can relate.

I just sent you a message . I need to lose about 15lbs to reach my goal weight. Actually, i was at my goal weight but due to medications and bad eating I put on like 15lbs in 3/4 months!! I don't want to go back to where i started (+34lbs!!!)
Btw, I'm used to metric but will try to use lbs . So here goes

Well, am shocked! I was very good, ate healthy, drank 2L of water, banked even my calories from exercising daily except Sunday, my fun day!
I've gained! (i was 133. 8 on Sunday🤔)
Maybe its PMS, blaming on it and going on!3 -
So should we start a group or maybe I’ll just make a thread on my wall each week and we can check in with our progress? Thanks for the add everyone! I went to a bbq for dinner and said no to multiple offers to refill my wine glass because I’m dedicated to my 2 lb goal this week!
