Newbie

I’m not really a newbie but I’m restarting my journey so here I am. I used MFP very successfully a few years ago but I’m back because I had a failed knee surgery in Feb 2017. This left me unable to walk properly and severely immobile for 17 months. A corrective surgery a few months ago as put me on the road to recovery and I’m back working hard in the gym. I’ve a lot of weight to lose but for the first time in a long time I really feel good about myself.
