Used coconut oil in the skillet to sauté some green onions, diced tomatoes with minced garlic, salt n pepper. Added the whisked eggs to a scrabble. Topped with cheese & salsa
Pretty tasty 😋2 -
More often than not, in the summers I like to make smoothies. Lots of fruits & veggies in season, will sometimes add yogurt or soft tofu, or nuts for protein. I enjoy morning forages in the yard for seasonal berries & weeds (huckleberries, dandelions, etc..) as their high in nutrients.
Other mornings I'll have oatmeal with a few sprinkled berries & soya milk.1 -
grilled rye bread with philadelphia cream and prosciutto /bressaola/ham
wasa with avocado and egg
tomato salad and cheese - mozzarella or gouda
egg bacon cheese muffins
and the list goes on2 -
Smoothie every morning for me. One person serving is:
1 banana
splash of oj
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup yogurt
handful of kale
1/2 cup frozen fruit
blend and Yummy!0 -
I just have a protein shake (chocolate flavor in milk) bc it’s easy0

some of my go-to breakfasts:
Just coffee
Greek yogurt
Mini egg frittatas (I make a batch on the weekends and pop them in the microwave in the morning)
Overnight oats
Steel cut oats with fruit & protein powder
Bagel thin with whipped cream cheese and lox
Mashed avocado on toast
Blueberry pancakes (I eat mine with Greek yogurt instead of syrup)
Scrambled eggs & veggies
Leftovers from yesterday
Eggs on toast
Fried egg on a sandwich slim with cheese
Protein shake with fruit, yogurt, & protein powder
Fried egg on a multigrain waffle
Fried egg and hummus on a toasted sandwich thin0 -
Usually Canadian bacon and eggs, or grits. I will use turkey breakfast sausage or vegetarian sausage instead of Canadian bacon sometimes.
protein powder mixed with unsweetened almond milk and a 100 calorie granola bar. (rare)0 -
A smoothie! Always a smoothie. I am happy to eat something healthy in the morning so I won’t feel as guilty with my later choices. ☺️1
